Our Values

Raising the Standards

Equality is foundational when leading a business responsibly. No one should be discriminated against because of their differences, such as age, ability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, religion, or sexual orientation.

Privacy Commitment

Privacy is a fundamental human right.

DeWitt has been providing consulting services that help businesses thrive and become leaders in their markets. In addition to our high-quality services, we are committed to individual privacy.

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. At DeWitt, it’s also one of our core values. What you share and who you share it with should be up to you. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

In the digital world, privacy must be seen as a crucially important right for us as a society, as a collective. We always have and will continue to be responsible stewards of personal data.

To ensure success, we have established a trust framework with stringent oversight that will minimize individual and organizational risk while accelerating business results. In addition, instead of being reactive to regulatory requirements, we chose to be proactive by establishing our privacy standards based on leading practices and guided by the NIST Privacy Framework and ISO/IEC 27701.

To understand all aspects of how we collect or manage your data, please see our Privacy Policy. In addition, we want to hear from you if you have any privacy concerns. Please get in touch with us for assistance at privacy@dewitt.us.

Accessibility Statement

Removing digital barriers.

DeWitt has been providing consulting services that help businesses thrive and become leaders in their markets. In addition to our high-quality services, we are committed to digital accessibility and conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and complying with the Department of Justice’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards Accessible Design, and other applicable regulations.

To accomplish this, we have instituted an accessibility program as part of our Inclusion and Diversity initiative. Our accessibility program evaluates and audits our digital products and services on an ongoing basis per best practices, supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies.

The program, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download, and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.

We want to hear from you if you encounter any accessibility barriers on our digital properties. Please get in touch with us for assistance at accessibility@dewitt.us.

Inclusion and Diversity

We thrive together.

DeWitt’s commitment to our people and to accelerating equality for all has never been more relevant than it is today – to drive our innovation agenda and act as responsible business leaders.

It enables us to attract, develop, inspire and reward top talent. And it creates an environment that unleashes innovation, allows our people to perform at their very best and underpins a culture in which everyone feels they have an equal opportunity to belong and build a career.

This commitment starts at the top with our chief executive officer and  we expect leaders at all levels to help create and sustain a culture of equality where everyone can advance and thrive. Our areas of focus include gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, religion, persons with disabilities, and cross-cultural diversity.

Our promise extends to our customers as well. Read our Accessibilty Statement to learn more.

What's the power of diversity?

People from a variety of cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds make us more innovative.

  • Gender Equality.  We believe the future workforce is an equal one. That’s why we’re committed to a gender-balanced force.
  • Persons with Disabilities.  Companies that embrace best practices for including more persons with disabilities in their workforce outperform their peers.
  • LGBTQ+ Community.  We embrace authenticity at work–including sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
