Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is an Essential Right

Overview

DeWitt has been providing consulting services that help businesses thrive and become leaders in their market.

In addition to our high-quality services, we are committed to digital accessibility, and to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and complying with the Department of Justice’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design, and other applicable regulations.

To accomplish this, we have instituted an accessibility program as part of our Inclusion and Diversity initiative. Our accessibility program evaluates and audits our digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies.

The program, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.

We want to hear from you if you encounter any accessibility barriers on our digital properties. Please contact us for assistance at [email protected]

Inclusion and Diversity

What we believe

DeWitt’s commitment to our people and to accelerating equality for all has never been more relevant than it is today – to drive our innovation agenda and act as responsible business leaders.

It enables us to attract, develop, inspire and reward top talent. And it creates an environment that unleashes innovation, allows our people to perform at their very best and underpins a culture in which everyone feels they have an equal opportunity to belong and build a career.

This commitment starts at the top with our chief executive officer and  we expect leaders at all levels to help create and sustain a culture of equality where everyone can advance and thrive. Our areas of focus include gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, religion, persons with disabilities, and cross-cultural diversity.
